Quit messing with my program

Yesterday it was the first shift captain suggesting “improvements” in how Miss L runs weekly library in the locked housing units. Of course, he has no idea why we do things the way we do, but he wants to make it “better.”

Today it was the Chief demanding that I create a schedule in which Miss L, Mr. G and I switch places so that everyone works in every library area (there are six) at least once a month. Apparently he doesn’t realize what a cluster fuck this is going to be. But then again, maybe he does, because he’s not forcing the teachers or the recreation workers to do it.

What a pain in the ass. Why can’t people mind their own and leave those of us who know how to do our jobs alone to do them?
